About the Role

Responsibilities
- Client Account Support: Assist in managing client accounts by ensuring timely communication follow-ups and ongoing relationship support.
- Report Creation and Data Analysis: Prepare regular client reports analyze performance metrics and extract insights to support decision-making.
- Database and Information Management: Maintain accurate well-organized client databases and documentation to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate tasks across teams track timelines and support smooth execution of client deliverables.
- Client Retention and Communication: Support client retention initiatives through proactive communication presentations and performance reviews.
Qualifications
- Interest or experience in client services and business operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare reports
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge on databases spreadsheets or CRM systems is an advantage
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
