Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Good experience in Application troubleshooting and incident management activities
Hands-on experience on Linux/Unix environments
Experience in scripting (shell scripting pearl python etc.)
Experience with Databases (MySQL PostgreSQL etc.)
Understanding of distributed networks and application high availability and load balancing
Microservices using containerization tools (Kubernetes/Docker)
Understanding on CI/CD toolkit
Understanding on network administration
Excellent communication skills and prior experience in a technical support role

Person Specifications

Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 6 years of Technical support role with hand-on experience in troubleshooting and incident management activities
Minimum of 5 years of customer management and customer facing experience
Cloud certification (such as AWS Azure GCP) and knowledge in Telco will be an added advantage
Having application development Knowledge and experience will be an added advantage
