High school diploma/GED plus two (2) years of customer service or healthcare experience required.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Must have a valid AR drivers license.
Basic computer knowledge (i.e. Outlook Microsoft Word).
Responsibilities:
Input data into the computer as requested.
initiates clinical reports for clinicians.
Travel to assigned clinic sites in accordance with the established monthly clinic schedule.
Provides scoring assistance during clinics utilizing computer software.
Completes and distributes patient documents to clinical staff.
Arranges and provides department van transportation according to schedule.
Adheres to the timeliness of the clinic schedule.
Works with other staff to ensure coverage of clinics.
Prepares paperwork/equipment for the clinic including scanning/indexing of medical records.
Assure supplies are available for clinics.
Ensures billing/documentation forms are completed.
Distributes documentation forms as instructed.
Sends out final reports within 2 days of completion.
Provides support to the Clinic Director Program Specialist and Program Manager on projects that include but are not limited to developing data for end-of-month reports.
May perform other duties as assigned.
