Role Overview
We are looking for an ArabicSpeaking Digital Marketing Support Specialist to support clients with paid marketing campaigns and performance analysis. This role requires handson experience in digital marketing tools and close interaction with marketing platforms and data.
Work Schedule
Initial Phase (12hour operation):
- Monday to Sunday: 07:00 19:00
- 2 shift options:
- 07:00 16:00
- 10:00 19:00
- 2 rotating days off
Later Phase (TBC by client):
- Monday to Sunday 24/7 rotative shifts
- 2 rotating days off
- Candidates must be comfortable transitioning to a 24/7 environment
Language Requirement
- Arabic: Native level
Native Arabic speakers from any country can be considered
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience in paid campaign management
- Mandatory experience with Google Analytics
- Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Customeroriented and detailfocused mindset
Salary Package
- Base Salary: 920 per month (paid over 14 months)
- Additional Allowance: 40 per month (paid over 11 months)
- Bonus: N/A
Benefits
- Meal Allowance: 7.63 per working day

- Available from Day 1 (monthly contribution required)
- Free after 6 months of contract
