Community Engagement Specialist

The Community Engagement Specialist (CES) position exists to engage with our constituents through social media profiles. Will engage with and respond to constituent comments and/or messages on various social media platforms. Employs best response practices for social media platforms while engaging with FOTFs social media audiences. Helps to identify viral trending comments to enable quick responses from the ministry when necessary. Stays up to date on Content Producer articles and their anticipated responses. Uses anticipated responses with discernment and as necessary.
