Support recruiting efforts by posting jobs scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
Assist with onboarding offboarding and benefits administration.
Review employee timecards and help with payroll preparation.
Maintain employee files and HR records.
Coordinate trainings communications and engagement initiatives.
Provide general administrative support to the HR and administrative team.
Requirements for Human Resources Assistant:
2 years of HR recruiting or administrative experience (law firm/professional services experience required).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS/payroll experience a plus.
