Job Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer support to clients of QP Group.
- Handling inquiries and issues efficiently via phone email or chat.
- Ensuring client satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients.
- Following up with clients to ensure their needs have been met satisfactorily.
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support or customer service role.
- Experience working in a procurement or supply chain industry is a plus.
- Previous experience in handling client escalations and resolving issues effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Salary & Benefits:
