Key Responsibilities:

Provide support for desktops laptops printers and other IT equipment
Install and configure software and operating systems
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Respond to support tickets and resolve technical problems
Set up and maintain user accounts and systems
Assist with basic network troubleshooting
