The Opportunity Workflow Manager Surveillance
Location: Bethesda MD

Peraton is seeking an experienced Workflow Manager to join our Surveillance team. In this critical role you will:

• Lead integrated BNATCS execution across radar communications weather and surveillance domains.

• Manage scope cost schedule and risk to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Coordinate with FAA governance integrator and OEM stakeholders driving milestone reviews and decision forums.

• Ensure readiness for commissioning and operational turnover supporting safe and efficient air traffic operations.

Requirements:

• U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

• 12 years of experience in Project or Workflow Management ideally with radar modernization or related aviation systems

• Proven expertise in Program Management IMS FAA TechOps coordination Primavera/MS Project and risk/dependency management

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (4 additional years)
