Job Summary
Are you looking to join a team that is dynamic energetic outgoing and organized PhysMed Center for Physical Medicine is the right place for you! We are looking to add a Case Management Lead to our team that has high energy a professional attitude and a desire to learn in the healthcare industry. This position is trainable although previous medical/customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Answering incoming patient calls.
- Completing all new patient admissions and entering it digitally.
- Verifying relevant medical history for each patient.
- Scheduling appointments for new patients specialist consultations tests and procedures.
- Answering and following up with phone and email inquiries.
- Sending and requesting Medical records.
- Addressing any patient complaints or concerns.
- Performing clerical work such as filing copying or faxing.
- Complying with the regulations and policies of the facility.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to follow verbal instructions
- Critical thinking and good interpersonal skills
- Basic working knowledge of commonly used computer application and office equipment
- Legal Firm knowledge a plus
- Team leader a plus
- Relationship building a plus
