Job Summary
Are you someone whos proactive a great team player and do you have a good eye for detail
If so we have a great opportunity for you to join ourteam as our new Facilities Coordinator for twelve monthsto support our workplaces in our Eastleigh office and make sure our colleagues have a great place to work.
Were committed to creating great workspaces for colleagues ensuring our corporate buildings are safe compliant and creating environments that are collaborative and creative.
With your proven customer service abilities and positive proactive nature youll play a key role in our team. Youll be responsible for not only keeping the environment and aesthetics of our corporate buildings to a high standard but crucially ensuring were meeting regulatory and legal standards in terms of compliance and building safety so previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
Youll have the confidence and assertiveness to engage with our colleagues providing a great servicesometimes managing difficult conversations and using your excellent people skills to resolve any issues relating to the working environment. Youll also build relationships with suppliers and contractors taking responsibility for managing some of the contracts.

No two days will be the same in this role so enthusiasm a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile will be essential as you provide strong customer service skillsaccurate reporting andcompliance assurance.
