At Change Grow Live Brighton were proud to support the citys diverse LGBTQIA communities. We are pleased to announce an opportunity for an LGBTQ Community Recovery Worker to join our Community Team. This role focuses on actively engaging LGBTQ individuals who are under-represented in or not currently accessing treatment services. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing treatment engagement ensuring services are accessible and responsive and supporting the health social and psychological needs of LGBTQ service users. The post holder will deliver relevant health promotion and harm minimisation advice build strong partnerships with community organisations and contribute to identifying and responding to emerging trends helping to ensure services remain inclusive effective and reflective of community need.
To help us best meet the needs of the community we actively encourage applications from people who identify as non-binary female or trans and from those with lived experience of the issues faced by LGBTQIA people.

Full Time Salary:27861.26 - 32002.35 per annum paid pro rata*

*Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
