What Youll Do

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Communications & Production Specialist to join our global marketing team. Reporting to the Global Senior Marketing Communications Manager this role will focus on the execution and coordination of awards events sponsorship activations and branded merchandise across all regions.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment managing multiple priorities while maintaining a strong sense of quality and brand consistency. Youll play a key role in bringing global marketing programs to life from preparing award submissions and managing logistics to supporting PR and internal communications initiatives.

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree in Marketing.

• Communications Business or related field. 24 years of experience in marketing operations event coordination or communications production.

• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace Microsoft Office Asana or equivalent).

• Experience with creative file formats (PDF PPT AI) and collaboration platforms (SharePoint Slack etc.) is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Detail-oriented data-lead resourceful and comfortable working with global teams across time zones.
