Your Mission

Install commission and calibrate our hightech EOS (Metal) systems directly at customer sites from laser technology to optical sensors and imaging systems.
Ensure reliable system performance through preventative maintenance scheduled servicing and fast effective troubleshooting (remote and onsite).
Manage your spare parts and tool inventory to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
Document all service activities in our service management system including installation and repair reports as well as customer interactions.
Support and train customers on system operation maintenance and basic troubleshooting to empower them in their daily work.
Carry out professional repair work including part replacements and system adjustments always meeting our high quality standards.

Your Talents

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Mechatronics ora relatedtechnical field.
Proven experience in a field service role preferably with complex optical laser or high-tech instrumentation.
Strong understanding of optical principles laser technology and electronic circuits with proficiencyin diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
Fluent in English both written and spoken.Proficiencyin one or more Nordic& Balticlanguages is a significant advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively often under pressure.
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively within the Nordic region.
Proficiencywith standard office software (MS Office Suite) and experience with CRM or service management software.
