Early Years Educator (Level 3) 13 per hour Permanent

The nursery provides care and early years education for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years organised across carefully planned age-specific rooms. Day-to-day work focuses on purposeful play and supporting childrens development at their own pace using both indoor and outdoor environments. This role is perfect for an experienced Early Years Educator who is confident delivering quality practice within an established team.

Before You Apply

  • A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification is required.

What Youll Need

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
  • Proven experience in a nursery or early years setting
  • Sound understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding responsibilities
  • Ability to work reliably within daily routines and expectations

What Youll Do

  • Deliver consistent high-quality care and learning within your assigned room
  • Support childrens development through play routine and planned activities
  • Follow EYFS requirements safeguarding procedures and nursery policies
  • Observe record and contribute to assessments of childrens progress
  • Maintain safe clean and organised learning environments
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure continuity of care
