Consequences Coordinator
Start Date: As soon as possible.
Salary (Actual Salary): 21955.76 to 22304.20.
Working Pattern: 37 hours per week during term time and holiday closure periods.
Do you possess the firm yet compassionate approach needed to manage behaviour interventions and support students in developing better learning habits Join us as a Consequences Coordinator playing a key role in raising standards of behaviour for learning.
As a Student Consequences Coordinator you will be on the front lines of student support. You wont just be managing consequences - youll be building bridges between the academy students and their families to ensure every child has the best chance to succeed.
This is more than just an administrative role; its a chance to be a mentor a mediator and a pillar of support within our school community. You will be part of a collaborative team that values equal opportunities and is committed to the professional growth of its staff.
