Installations Coordinator

As a Installation Coordinator you will provide an exceptional customer experience to our customers both internal and external when a request is made for an installation of a new product or equipment changes for the customers Beer dispensing equipment. 

You will support the coordination of installations by liaising with our Greene King Technicians to ensure the work is carried out within the service level agreement.

As part of the wider team you will also support our customers with any maintenance calls received through the call centre. Here you will provide advice and guidance to your customer to resolve the issues they are experiencing or ensure a Greene King technician is with them as soon as possible

The work within the Cellar Service department supports to ensure our customers are serving the best quality Beer using the best quality equipment.

Qualifications :

Your role as Installation Coordinator 

• Provide an exceptional Service experience for your customer
• Reaching and exceeding targets as defined by the department
• Answering telephone queries and establish faults with beer dispense equipment providing technical advice on how to resolve the fault and engaging the customer to self help
• Building strong working relationships within the department and across Greene King
• Ensuring jobs inputted accurately and in real time
• Develop your technical knowledge of Beer Dispense equipment.
