Job Summary

We are seeking a temporary Recruitment Coordinator to provide short-term cover and support our recruitment function during a period of staff absence.

This role is focused on ensuring continuity of safe recruitment activity and maintaining high standards of compliance within a regulated care environment. The post holder will work closely with the Registered Care Manager and senior leadership team to support recruitment processes documentation and candidate progression.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes for Care Professionals

  • Ensuring all recruitment documentation is complete accurate and compliant

  • Coordinating reference requests and follow-ups in line with safer recruitment standards

  • Managing candidate records within Smart Recruiters and internal systems

  • Supporting onboarding processes once all compliance requirements are met

  • Liaising with office colleagues to ensure recruitment activity aligns with business needs

  • Maintaining confidentiality and adherence to safeguarding requirements at all times

This is a temporary role for business continuity purposes only and does not form part of any long-term staffing change.


Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in recruitment HR administration or compliance-based roles (essential)

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills

  • High attention to detail particularly around documentation and records

  • Confidence working within clear processes and regulatory frameworks

  • Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and confidentially

  • Experience within health or social care (desirable but not essential)


Additional Information :

  • This is a temporary fixed-term role to provide sickness cover

  • The role is office-based in Folkestone with working hours to be agreed

  • Full training and support will be provided

  • All appointments are subject to safer recruitment checks
