Job Summary
Digital Marketing Executive (Google & Meta Ads)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating managing and optimizing data-driven campaigns that generate measurable outcomes such as leads admissions and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan execute and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
Run performance-focused campaigns with clear ROI targets
Monitor budgets bids and daily performance metrics
Create compelling ad copy and content when required
Conduct A/B testing and continuous campaign improvements
Use the latest AI tools and automation for better efficiency and scaling
Track analyze and report campaign performance regularly
Coordinate with creative and content teams
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
Graduation is a must
Strong understanding of result-oriented paid ad strategies
Ability to write basic marketing content and ad copies
Knowledge of latest AI tools for ads and marketing automation
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills
Preferred:
Experience in education/ Edtech or lead generation campaigns
Google & Meta certifications
