What Youll Do
As an R&D Project Consultant youll act as the link between technology and strategy at wTVision. Youll support innovation initiatives from early concept to execution ensuring structure clarity and strategic alignment across all deliverables.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting structuring and documenting internal innovation and technology projects
- Leading project follow-up defining and tracking OKRs MVPs and key milestones
- Producing clear structured technical documentation proposals and deliverables
- Identifying relevant funding and fiscal incentive opportunities such as SIFIDE PRR and PT2030 and supporting application preparation
- Monitoring project progress compiling reports and coordinating with internal teams and external partners
- Ensuring all outputs meet quality standards are technically accurate and aligned with strategic goals
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Business Management Economics or a related field
- Proven experience supporting or managing innovation tech-driven or R&D projects
- Experience in the broadcast media or software industry is a strong plus
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into structured understandable deliverables
- Excellent communication collaboration and coordination abilities
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Proactive organized analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced cross-functional environment
