Tasks
We are searching for a:
People Service Specialist
The People Service Specialist administers the processes and executes administrative tasks required to support the employee lifecycle activities and respond to HR queries. This role contributes to a People Services operation which creates an outstanding employee experience.
Main responsibilities are:
- Managing employee documentation including employee records contracts and leave processes ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Acting as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries via phone chat and case management tools; identifying issues and delivering effective solutions for employees and managers
- Supporting the HR function and business lines by handling day-to-day HR requests and questions from employees and people managers
- Providing operational support in the management and maintenance of HR systems ensuring data quality and process efficiency
- Measuring analyzing and reporting HR service data to identify areas for improvement and support solution recommendations
- Supporting onboarding policies processes and learning material creation ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience from day one
Requirements
What we are looking for in you:
- English and Italian language proficiency at the C1C2 level.
- Experience working in an HR team
- Solid understanding of HR processes and operations.
- Experience with ticketing systems is considered an asset.
- Strong and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.
