This role is pivotal in providing cutting-edge IT solutions to global operations while ensuring the integrity of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) governance function within the Group IT Hub South Africa.

Hybrid flexibility Position Details:
Product / Team Context: IT Governance function (2nd Line of Defense) covering DIRECT/ENABLE/CONTROL in the area of Identity & Access Management (policies architecture AI digitalization and risk management).
Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience.

ITIL certification (advantageous).
-
Any Scrum certification (advantageous).
-
Minimum of 6 years of SAP GRC experience.
-
Minimum of 6 years of IAM experience.
-
Minimum of 6 Years SAP DevOps experience.
Essential Skills:
-
Fundamental knowledge of Information Security (Identity & Access Management).
-
Extensive knowledge of SAP GRC (AC PC RM).
-
Strong understanding of IT governance risk and compliance.
-
Experience with IAM processes and tools.
-
Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud SAP Datasphere and Analysis for Office.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Advantageous Skills:
- Experienced knowledge of Confluence Jira and Bitbucket/GitHub
- SAP Administration experience (Monitoring Scheduling Config & Parametrisation)
- Must be a self-starter and involve yourself in team activities without being waited upon.
- Must have a systematic and logical approach to problem analysis and solving and document analysis findings
- and solutions for potential future reference or as needed.
- Must have good time management to ensure tasks are delivered in agreed timeframes. Always ensure
- transparency in activities and scheduled non-office working.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively both verbally and
- written on both technical and non-technical matters.
- Ability to work as part of a team inter-dependant as well as independently and submit deliverables on time and
- high quality.
- Above board work ethics is of utmost importance.
- Ability and willingness to coach and transfer knowledge to fellow colleagues and users as and when required.
- Willing and able to travel (international) if required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be at the forefront of SAC & SAP Datasphere tool advances and driving their adoption.
- Ability to embed Models & Stories in easy to use and impactful SAC dashboards.
- Design develop and deploy SAC dashboards.
- 1st and 2nd level support for incidents (troubleshooting and resolving) for SAC & Datasphere Platform as perdefine SLAs.
- Raise and lead tasks PM (Problem Management) tickets as identified for SAC & Datasphere Platform as per define SLAs.
- Proactively propose solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes.
- Action and coordinate CM (Change Management) tasks and tickets as required for SAC & Datasphere Platform as per define SLAs.
- Create and update management and technical documents in Confluence.
- Coordinate with Application teams interface partners support teams and other module consultants.
- Monitoring SAC System Performance
- 2nd level support of the following technologies:
- Analysis for Office
- SAP Analytics Cloud
- SAP Datasphere
- Test management including but not limited to:
- Participation in Test Analysis and Testing activities as per XRAY functionality.
