Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop business strategies and strategic models for the company.
  • Revenue Ownership: Full P&L ownership of 150 200 crore with a mandate to scale to 500 crore.
  • Deal Making: Securing long-term commercial deals and high-value partnerships.
  • Go-To-Market (GTM): Designing and executing a must-have commercial GTM strategy

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Ownership Own and drive the overall revenue targets for across all business verticals. Build and execute a scalable revenue strategy aligned with the companys growth objectives. Identify new monetisation opportunities across brands agencies platforms and partnerships.

2. Business Development & Strategic Partnerships Develop and nurture enterprise relationships with brands agencies and key ecosystem partners. Lead strategic alliances platform partnerships and long-term commercial deals. Identify new market opportunities verticals and geographies for expansion.

3. Commercial Strategy Define pricing frameworks revenue models and commercial structures for the business. Work with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies for new offerings and solutions. Track market trends in influencer marketing creator economy and digital media to identify growth opportunities.

4. Team Leadership Lead and scale the sales partnerships and revenue teams. Establish clear revenue processes pipelines and forecasting mechanisms. Mentor senior team members and build a high-performance commercial organisation.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with campaigns talent management product and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Align revenue strategy with product innovation and creator network growth. 6. Business Performance & Reporting Track and report revenue performance pipeline health and business metrics to the CEO and board. Drive data-backed decision making across sales and partnerships.
