Job Description:
We are hiring a Tele caller who has experience in calling upselling and lead generation
preferably in the Mutual Fund Investment or Banking sector. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for generating new leads through provided data explaining our companys
business and services to potential clients and scheduling meetings for our Relationship
Managers to close the leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate new leads from the given
data.
Pitch company products and services related to investments and mutual funds to
potential clients.
Explain our business model and create interest among clients for meetings.
Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the Relationship Managers
(RMs) for closure.
Maintain accurate records of calls leads and client interactions.
Follow up with clients to ensure meeting confirmation and engagement.
Meet daily weekly and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Display professional polite and disciplined behavior in all interactions.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling upselling or lead generation.
Prior experience in Mutual Funds Investments or Banking will be an added
advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (mandatory).
Strong convincing and follow-up abilities.
