Job Description:
- Responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program.
- Oversees all aspects of projects/program.
- Sets deadlines assigns responsibilities and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program.
- Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.
- May require a bachelors degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts practices and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
Purpose of the Team and key projects:
Industry Specialist / Security and Compliance Specialist:
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on ISO 27001 certification defining the Information Security Management System (ISMS) framework and managing the rigorous documentation and audit evidence required for certification.
- Coordinate the ISO 27001 internal and external audit managing the project lifecycle tracking milestones and unblocking internal stakeholders.
- Provide regular progress reporting and dashboards to leadership.
- ISO 9001 certification experience is preferred.
Task Breakdown and Workflow
- This candidate will be performing ISO 27001 audit prep gap analysis assist internal audit creating ISO documentation coordination with AB teams and SDO teams on conformity and performing post-certification audit maintenance.
- More like 60% heads-down work 30% collaborative team work 10% meetings.
Candidate Requirements
- Candidate must have performed at least few ISO 27001 certifications
- Experience in program management and able to deliver independently
- Experience in ISO 9001 certification is a plus
