The Oaks (4-bed): busier more active caring for younger children
The Elms (2-bed): calmer supporting older children with independence skills

Key Responsibilities
Support the physical and emotional care of children and young people
Promote education health wellbeing identity and positive outcomes
Follow care plans behaviour management and risk plans
Maintain accurate records in line with policy and good practice
Work in partnership with families colleagues and external professionals
Support safe recreation and community activities
Contribute to a safe nurturing home environment
Driving Requirement (Essential)
Full UK Driving Licence is essential. Staff must use their own car for work purposes and hold business insurance.
