Position: Service Advisor
Experience: *Minimum 1 year of experience in service advising customer handling or automotive service coordination
Salary: *15000 - 30000 Per Month(Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service workshop.
* Greet customers understand their vehicle issues and clearly explain service procedures.
* Prepare job cards estimates and service orders accurately.
* Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely diagnosis and repair of vehicles.
* Keep customers informed about service status additional work required and delivery timelines.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and service follow-up.
* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner.
* Promote value-added services and service packages when applicable.
* Maintain service records billing details and documentation as per company standards.
* Ensure adherence to company policies safety standards and quality procedures.
