As a Customer Service Agent you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our passengers ensuring their journey through the airport is smooth and hassle-free. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in boarding gates and baggage claim areas - Handle inquiries and provide information about flight schedules delays and gate changes - Assist passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors elderly or disabled passengers - Process ticket sales upgrades and changes - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other airport departments to ensure smooth operations and passenger satisfaction - Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork - Adhere to all safety and security procedures at all times Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience preferably in the airline or travel industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in using computer systems and software - Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays - Fluency in English and local language is preferred - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearances We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
