Position: Passenger Service Executive Airport Ground Staff

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Passenger Service Executive Airport Ground Staff to join our team. As a Passenger Service Executive you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our passengers at the airport. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and boarding process for our passengers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers at the airport providing them with a warm and friendly welcome
- Check-in passengers and their baggage ensuring all necessary documents are in order
- Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning and provide any necessary assistance to passengers with special needs
- Handle any customer inquiries or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings
- Coordinate with other airport staff and departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Keep track of flight schedules and make necessary announcements to passengers
- Handle any lost or damaged baggage claims
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures as well as airport regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience preferably in the aviation industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of airport operations and procedures is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
