Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a customer care department and be able to handle inquiries complaints and requests in a professional and efficient manner.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Assist customers with product information account questions billing inquiries and technical support.
3. Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating the problem providing solutions and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the company database.
5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
6. Identify and report trends in customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.
7. Meet or exceed customer service goals and performance metrics set by the company.
Qualifications:
1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer care department.
2. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
