About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant.


In this role you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives

  • Ensure efficiency quality cost effectiveness of solutions and pipeline management relating to assigned operations

  • Research moderately complex business operational and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution and understanding of international business

  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership

  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation efficiency and customer experience

  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans policies and procedures

  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs services and initiatives with cross functional business partners


Required Qualifications:

  • 4 years of Business Execution Implementation or Strategic Planning experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education


Desired Qualifications:

  • We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our Operational Excellence team as a Data Integration & Reporting Specialist at the Senior Business Execution Consultant level. This role is instrumental in driving technology-enabled transformation across Wholesale Operations with a focus on data integration reporting and process optimization.

    This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our SQL Server environment developing robust ETL processes and delivering impactful business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL Server SSIS and Power BI along with foundational experience in Xceptor.

    The Senior Business Execution Consultant responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

    Technology Deployment: Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements assess current capabilities and support the end-to-end implementation of tools technologies applications and products that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

    Process Improvement & Efficiency: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and streamline inefficient operational processes with a focus on delivering measurable improvements in performance productivity and customer experience.

  • Administer configure and maintain SQL Server databases to ensure optimal performance security and reliability.

  • Design and develop advanced SQL queries stored procedures and scripts to support data analysis and reporting needs.

  • Build deploy and manage ETL workflows using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision-making.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues across platforms and tools.


Job Expectations:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in analytics database configuration and maintenance or equivalent demonstrated through work experience training military service or education.

  • Proven experience in SQL Server maintenance and advanced SQL development.

  • Hands-on experience with SSIS and Power BI.

  • Foundational to intermediate experience with Xceptor for data automation and transformation.

  • Exposure to Alteryx for data preparation and analytics.

  • Familiarity with Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
