Whats the mission youll drive
Drive the aggressive and sustainable expansion of Addis Mid-Market merchant portfolio by executing 100% cold outbound prospecting and high-quality qualification. You will become the most impactful engine of healthy pipeline and GMV growth for the MBs Pods (SDR Hunters) ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities aligned with Addis Ideal Customer Profile.
What you will do
Consistently schedule and qualify 60 effective MBs meetings per month ensuring merchants attend and meet Addis MBs ICP and vertical focus criteria.
Generate a healthy and predictable outbound pipeline that supports USD 700K1M in GMV signed per month prioritizing large merchants with strong growth potential.
Achieve an effective meeting rate of 80% measured as the percentage of scheduled meetings that both show up and qualify within Addis target MBs segments.
Maintain 100% accuracy and real-time updates in Salesforce ensuring qualification fields discovery notes and pipeline stages are always complete and up to date.
Collaborate closely with Hunters and the MBs Pods to consistently hit GMV targets participating in feedback loops to improve funnel quality and conversion rates across verticals..
What were looking for
Proven mastery in cold outbound acquisition (Must-have)
2 years of experience in SDR or BDR roles in B2B environments preferably in Tech Fintech SaaS Payments POS or ERP ecosystems.
Strong track record operating in 100% outbound motions including cold calling cold email and LinkedIn outreach without relying on inbound or marketing-driven leads.
Comfortable running high-volume cold calling days capturing attention quickly building rapport in the first seconds of the call and reframing objections to secure qualified meetings.
Solid consultative sales and active listening skills with the ability to understand merchant business models and pain points before handing off opportunities to Hunters.
Experience working tightly with Account Executives or Hunters ensuring meetings passed to closing roles are well qualified and have a high likelihood of progressing in the funnel.
Impeccable operational discipline (CRM & process orientation)
Practical mastery of CRM tools ideally Salesforce using it as a planning and forecasting tool for daily prioritization follow-ups and pipeline hygiene.
Demonstrated discipline managing leads and opportunities keeping qualification data discovery notes and next steps always complete and accurate.
Experience using prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo or similar platforms to build target lists design cadences and track multi-channel touchpoints.
Maintains near-100% data accuracy and on-time CRM updates enabling reliable reporting and decision-making for pipeline health conversion rates and GMV potential.
Extreme ownership resilience & quota-driven execution
Demonstrated owners mindset taking full responsibility for pipeline generation activity levels and outcomes without needing constant direction.
Proven experience navigating periods of high rejection or low response in outbound motions and recovering performance through iteration and discipline.
