- Assist the Parts Manager with daily department operations
- Maintain accurate inventory levels stocking and organization
- Process parts orders returns and warranty claims
- Work closely with the Service Department to ensure timely parts availability
- Assist with wholesale and retail parts sales
- Monitor parts obsolescence and assist with inventory adjustments
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer and dealership policies
- Provide excellent customer service to technicians advisors and customers
- Step in to manage department operations in the Parts Managers absence
- Previous automotive parts experience required (Chrysler/CDJR experience preferred)
- Knowledge of dealer parts systems (e.g. CDK Dealertrack or similar)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Leadership potential and team-oriented mindset
- Valid drivers license
