Job Summary
Schedule: Full-time Standard business hours (MonFri 8am5pm) with flexibility during peak times.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the primary liaison managing client expectations and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Developing and implementing strategies to streamline order fulfillment warehousing and transportation workflows to improve efficiency.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)such as shipping accuracy and transit timesto analyze performance and implement improvements.
- Ensuring compliance with industry safety standards and regulations while training and mentoring staff to meet operational goals
Work Environment: Office setting; may involve standing walking climbing stairs and occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs. Vision requirements include close distance color peripheral and depth perception.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Logistics Business Administration or a related field is preferred or an equivalent number of years of work experience.
- 35 years of experience in 3PL with proven experience in supervising teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) is crucial. Advanced knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is required.

Additional Information :
Pay/Benefits/Perks
- 100-115K Commission
- Accrue up to five days PTO in first year. Two-weeks vacation plus one week PTO accrue on first anniversary.
