Senior Sales Manager - Construction / Screeds Division - Flooring Contractor - London and South East Region
Carpet Roles UK is pleased to assist its clients a prominent player in the Commercial Flooring Sector in their search for a Senior Business Development Manager to expand business throughout London the South East and the wider UK.
The offices are located in Essex and the East End of London serving a diverse client base across several divisions which positions this Commercial Flooring Contractor as a key market player with consistent growth and a proven track record of successful flooring installations throughout the South East Region and beyond.
The company is now looking to build upon this success by targeting the growth of their Construction / Screeding and Resin Division. They seek a flooring professional capable of representing them to both an existing client base and attracting new business for this thriving technically advanced team which has established a strong reputation for quality installations over many years on some of the largest projects thereby facilitating a smoother transition into the role.
A full job specification will follow; however in summary the company is looking for a high-calibre experienced commercial flooring sales professional ideally with a background in business development within the construction sector who is accustomed to securing business on large projects for Tier One end users on behalf of the clients Construction Division with a particular focus on large-scale screeding and resin flooring installations.
Knowledge of specification design and end-user routes to market is essential as are excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be well-connected and capable of hitting the ground running leveraging shared potential to maximise sales and margins.
An excellent rewards package is offered including an attractive basic salary plus bonus resulting in a high on-target earnings potential alongside a comprehensive benefits package commensurate with this senior and pivotal position within the clients sales operations.
