1. Position Overview
The Assistant Marketing Manager for Personal Health in Hong Kong plays a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness market share and sales growth for the companys Personal Health portfolio. The ideal candidate is a proactive and creative marketer with strong analytical skills deep market insight and a passion for consumer health products.
1.1 Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Planning: Support the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies and annual plans for the Personal Health product portfolio.
- Campaign Management: Coordinate and execute ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with brand objectives and KPIs.
- Product Launches: Assist with the planning and rollout of new product launches including market research go-to-market strategies and post-launch analysis.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends consumer insights and competitive activities to identify opportunities and recommend actionable strategies.
- Digital & Social Media Marketing: Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media influencer engagement content creation and performance tracking.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials trade marketing programs and in-store activation plans.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Liaise with creative media and PR agencies to ensure high-quality and timely execution of campaigns and projects.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effectiveness of activities.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance market data and ROI for management review.
1.2 Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in marketing preferably within FMCG healthcare or consumer goods sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong market and consumer behavior.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking project management and organizational abilities.
- Creative detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team.
