Customer Success Manager/ Technical Account Manager (CSM PM)



Responsibilities
  • Oracle Customer Success Services is a Global Line of Business within the Oracle Support Services Organization.
  • Focus area on Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence
  • Serving as the primary technical point of contact for clients
  • Understanding the clients business and technical needs
  • Designing and presenting technical solutions that meet clients needs
  • Coordinating with sales product development and other team members to ensure the delivery of efficient solutions
  • Managing and resolving technical issues for assigned accounts
  • Participate / Hands on for assigned project
  • Preparing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations
  • Working closely with the customer support team to address customer inquiries and concerns

  • Experience

  • Strong knowledge of SQL/PL and data querying techniques
  • Experience with ETL (Extract Transform Load) tools eg Oracle data integrator (ODI) Oracle integration Cloud
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and adapt to changing technologies and business environments
  • Knowledge in Python RestAPI is a plus
  • Knowledge in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications Oracle Hyperion Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Service (FCCS) Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Service (FCCS) is a plus
