As a Locum CRNA you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality anesthesia care to patients while collaborating with a team of skilled healthcare professionals. Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Monitor patients vital signs during procedures
- Assist in developing anesthesia care plans
- Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff
- Provide post-anesthesia care and support
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Stay updated on the latest anesthesia practices and protocols
- Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
- Current CRNA certification and state licensure
- Basic understanding of anesthesia techniques and patient care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is a plus but not mandatory
Schedule: Monday-Friday (7a-7p or 9a-9p) or Saturday & Sunday (7a-5:30p)
No call requirement
Setting: MOR or procedural suite
MOR Cases: General neuro healthy peds trauma urology ortho
Procedural Suite Cases:GI EP IR MRI
Supervision: 1:3 in MOR 1:3 or 1:4 in procedural suites
Must be board-certified
Paid travel & expenses
