Job Summary
UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central s looking for a Locum Hand Surgeon to fill their need!
DETAILS:
- THIS IS NOT A FULL TIME POSITION.
- Schedule: 4-5 days per month ongoing.
- Board Certified in Hand Required (will not consider BE or BC in GS w/ Hand Fellowship)
- Must be Fellowshipped in Hand Surgery not just experienced
- Facility uses EPIC EMR
- Lvl. I Trauma
- Credentialing takes a full 90 days
- Conversion Fee Cap is $25k
- Facility is wanting weekday coverage from a locum not just weekends.
- Malpractice (must be included in the rates)
- Orientation
- 24 Hour On Call ($4595 rate cap)
- 24 Hour Holiday Call
- Call Back ($594 rate cap)
- Holiday Call Back
- Conversion Fee ($25k rate cap)
- Must send provider flights and lodging info 4 weeks before start.
- Flights - Up to $750 RT cap
- Lodging - Reimbursed by Receipt - up to $150 total per night cap.
- Car rental - Reimbursed by Receipt - up to an economy car cap.
- Mileage - IRS Standard Rate.
Requirement description :
- Board Certified - REQUIRED (Not accepting BE. Must be BC in Hand Surgery and fellowship trained in Hand. BC in Ortho or Plastic w/ a Hand Fellowship will be accepted. BC in Gen Surg will not be considered)
- Active CO License or Active IMLC LOQ - REQUIRED
- Must be available on the last two weeks of July and most of August - please note at time of name clear - REQUIRED
- BLS - REQUIRED
- Please upload Self-Query NPDB Report pulled within 30 days at time of presentation - REQUIRED
