Job Summary
Shift Notes:
7p-73a/36 hrs per week/24 hrs GTD-Banner may cancel one shift per week for low census Traveler must be willing to float to similar units or sister campus (if applicable)
Submission Requirements Certification Requirements
Must have a minimum of 24 months Oncology experience (with recent experience in last 12 months) - REQUIRED
Life support certifications must be from AHA ARC or ASHI - REQUIRED
No hits on state license to practice - REQUIRED DOCUMENT
RTO cannot exceed 7 days No RTO during the first week of assignment - REQUIRED
Candidate drivers license to verify residency - REQUIRED
Flu Vaccination: Medical and/or religious exemption forms available upon request. Please include vaccination status in submission notes.
Travel experience - HIGHLY PREFERRED
