3 years of working experience as a Head Chef Bakery or similar role
Strong knowledge of bakery pastry & Chocolate techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume kitchen environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Physically fit and able to work long hours if required
Age not exceeding 38 years
