We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy and digital presence. This hybrid role allows you to work onsite for content creation and in-store campaigns and remotely for strategy social media and analytics. The ideal candidate is passionate about baking has a strong visual sense and is skilled at engaging audiences online to drive traffic and boost custom cake orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy: Develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness drive store traffic and boost custom cake orders.
Social Media & Content Creation: Manage social media platforms (Instagram TikTok Pinterest Facebook) creating visually appealing mouth-watering content to grow engagement and followers.
Digital Marketing: Oversee website content local SEO (Google Business Profile) and paid social media/Google ads targeting local audiences.
Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality photos and videos of cakes including behind-the-scenes content of the decorating process (onsite).
Campaign Management: Plan and implement seasonal promotional campaigns (Valentines Day Mothers Day holidays).
Local Partnerships: Identify and build relationships with HR companies and food influencers.
Customer Engagement: Monitor and respond to online inquiries comments and reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.
Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics (conversion rates engagement ROI) to optimize marketing efforts.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing preferably in food service bakery or boutique retail.
Strong visual sense with excellent photography and videography skills; experience with Canva CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of social media trends algorithms and content strategies for Instagram and TikTok.
Exceptional copywriting skills to tell a compelling brand story.
Highly organized with strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
