This is a hands-on senior HR role for leaders who thrive on the factory floor and in the boardroom. Lead HR for a large unionised manufacturing workforce and partner with Manufacturing & Supply Chain executives to shape workforce strategy industrial relations and operational performance.
Youll be part of a listed company with a strong footprint in manufacturing and supply chain across South Africa and beyond.

Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum requirements:

- 10 years generalist HR experience in manufacturing industrial FMCG or mining
- 35 years in asenior/ executive HR leadership role
- Strong proven industrial relations experience in unionised environments
- Experience supporting manufacturing and supply chain teams
- Confident operating strategically and on the ground
- Relevant tertiary qualification (post-grad is advantageous)
