Join our dynamic finance team as an Accounts Payable Officer in this engaging 6-month part-time position. Were seeking a motivated and reliable professional who combines technical expertise with a collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for their work.

In this role youll take ownership of critical accounts payable functions while contributing to continuous process improvements. Youll process supplier invoices and manage creditor payments with precision maintain data integrity within our finance systems and perform transaction reconciliations and expense coding. Youll provide ad-hoc support to the finance team and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments demonstrates initiative and brings both independence and strong team collaboration skills to every task.

He kōrero mōu: About you

  • Proven accounts payable experience in a similar role
  • Strong background in accounting or finance environments
  • Demonstrated capability in high-volume transaction processing
  • Proficiency in expense analysis and financial reconciliation
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and overall MS Office competency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Tech 1/Finance One (preferred)
