About the role

This role supports the delivery of changes to customer communications with a strong focus on Consumer Insurance claims communications. You will assess required updates write and test content and ensure changes are delivered through established delivery frameworks. Working closely with subject matter experts you will help ensure policy and process updates flow accurately into customer correspondence.

There are two available secondment positions:

  • One for 6 months
  • One for 12 months

What youll do

  • Assess and scope required changes to customer claims communications ensuring alignment with updated PDSs regulatory requirements and ClaimCenter changes
  • Write and update customer correspondence focusing on clarity accuracy and customer understanding across claims templates
  • Coordinate delivery activities through existing frameworks supporting the Product Owner with oversight and reporting
  • Partner with subject matter experts across the Consumer Transformation tribe as well as Claims Product and Risk to understand changes and translate them into customerready content
  • Test updated templates to confirm content accuracy and expected system behaviour before release

What youll bring

  • Strong attention to detail applied through content updates review and testing of customer communications
  • Experience in one or more of communications testing change or delivery roles with an understanding of structured delivery approaches
  • The ability to work effectively with stakeholders using clear questions and feedback to understand and apply technical process or policy changes
  • Confidence working within defined scope and governance managing multiple tasks while meeting agreed timeframes
  • Exposure to insurance or financial services with claims experience considered a bonus
