Job Summary
About the Role
As a Product Manager (12-month fixed term) youll help deliver customer-centric innovative experienceswith a focus onsports betting experiences withing the Betting Experiences Product Team.Youll work alongside engineering designanalytics and marketing tovalidate opportunitiesbalance customer value with commercial outcomes and bring products to market at pace.Youll focus on sports betting experienceswithin the Betting Experiences Product team.
Youllsupport the Senior Product Manager and Value Stream Leads in shaping the product roadmap for your value stream and directly contributing to enterprise-level OKRsanduse data and customer insights to continuously improve product performance. This role reports to a Head of Product(Betting Experiences)and operates flexibly from our Melbourne office. Youll work within empowered squads ina value-stream model partnering closely with commercial trading riskdesignand technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Help identify and prioritise the customer problems that matter most in Sports
- Support early thinking on new featuresassessing customer value commercial impact and delivery effort
- Work with product engineering design analytics and commercial teams to take ideas from concept to launch
- Write simple clear user stories and acceptance criteria and support delivery using Jira and Confluence
- Partner with design and research to test ideas with customers through interviews usability testing and experiments
- Monitor how products perform and help improve them over time
- Analysecustomerbehaviour usage patterns and market trends to inform decisions
- Track success metrics and help drive actions that improve customer and business outcomes
We would love you to have
- 24 years in Product Management in digital tech environments
- Experience working in agile teams across the full product lifecycle
- Strength turning customer problems into product opportunities
- Comfortable using data to simplify complexity and guide decisions
- A mix of curiosity adaptability ownership and collaboration
- Inclusive mindset works well with diverse teams and perspectives
- Relevant degree or practical experience
- Interest in Sport or Racing is a bonus not required
