Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior IAM Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in SailPoint Identity and Access Management technical architecture and project management. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills strong communication and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design implement and manage SailPoint IAM solutions for clients
- Develop and maintain multi-year roadmaps to deliver business benefits
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement technical solutions using IAM and access governance software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on IAM projects
- Manage IAM operations and implement IAM solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in SailPoint Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- 5-8 years of experience in developing implementing or architecting information systems
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies
- Experience with digital tools and technologies such as automation platforms and data analytics
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel Power BI)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g. SDLC Agile Scrum)
- Technical architecture experience including integrating identity management and access governance software into client infrastructures and applications
- Experience with tools such as SailPoint ForgeRock CyberArk and OutSystems
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow and Jira
- Understanding and familiarity with Operating Systems (Windows Unix Linux)
- Programming languages including Java JavaScript SQL and Python
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) including services such as:
- EC2
- RDS
- S3
- Route 53
- SES
- VPC
- Security Hub
- WAF
- AWS ALB or NLB
- Secrets Manager
- CloudWatch
- Lambda
- AWS Glue
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Cyber Security Information Security or a related field
