Job Summary

Service Coordinator School Age Care

Were looking for experienced and passionateService Coordinators to lead our growing School Age Care service. Youll deliver high-quality child-centred programs while supporting and coaching a dedicated team.

We are recruiting for the following areas:

Penrith/ Blue mountains
Hills district
Ryde

About the role

Lead and support a School Age Care team day to day
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework
Create a safe caring and engaging environment for children
Manage staffing resources and budgets
Build strong relationships with families and carers

Our service operates 6:30am6:30pm Monday to Friday with flexible split shifts.

About you

Diploma in Childrens Services / School Age Care (or equivalent)
Strong leadership experience in early years or school age care
Sound knowledge of pedagogy and regulatory requirements
WWCC First Aid/CPR/Anaphylaxis and Australian working rights
Previous Nominated Supervisor experience highly regarded
