Ansell is looking for a Sr Specialist Scientific Business Development - Scientific to join our team in Mexico!

The Senior Specialist Business Development Scientific Markets is responsible for driving accelerated growth and achieving financial targets through the development and optimization of distributor and strategic customer relationships within assigned territories and across regions. This role combines advanced business development leadership with strong scientific and technical market expertise focusing on expanding Ansells presence in core scientific life science and regulated market segments.

This position partners closely with Regional Sales Managers Global Account Teams Inside Sales and distributors to design and execute territory and channel strategies that maximize access to local regional and national accounts. The role manages and grows a multi-state territory while also contributing cross-regionally by sharing best practices developing capabilities and supporting the overall growth of the Scientific business.

What your role will be

  • Deliver assigned revenue and profitability targets while accelerating sustainable business growth

  • Develop plan and execute strategic business and sales plans aligned with scientific market needs

  • Lead regular planning and strategy reviews with key distributors to ensure alignment and execution against business plans

  • Manage and expand existing accounts while identifying developing and converting new customers

  • Strengthen and optimize distributor channel performance through strategic collaboration and performance tracking

  • Build demand and influence customer behavior through market insights scientific knowledge and technical expertise

  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors strategic customers and end-users across regulated and critical environments

  • Communicate customer strategy opportunities and capability gaps to leadership to improve execution and results

  • Collaborate across regions to share successes develop capabilities and contribute to overall Scientific business growth

What will you bring to Ansell

  • Bachelors degree required

  • 810 years of experience in business development B2B sales or channel management preferably within scientific life science or regulated markets

  • Proven success in territory management distributor development and complex sales cycles

  • Strong project management analytical and strategic planning skills

  • Technical and scientific product knowledge with the ability to influence customer processes and decisions

  • Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building skills

  • Experience working in global matrixed organizations

  • Results-driven self-motivated adaptable and able to work independently and cross-functionally

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as required
