As Branch Manager for Bulgaria at KONE you will take full ownership of the countrys service performance and long-term development. This role combines P&L accountability with strong people leadership customer engagement and continuous improvement. You will lead a multi-disciplinary organization set the direction for service and sales execution and translate strategy into measurable results. Success in this role means building a safe high-performing operation strengthening customer partnerships and driving sustainable profitable growth in the Bulgarian market.
Key responsibilities:
Business & Performance
Own regional financial and operational performance including profitability costs productivity and growth.
Lead budgeting forecasting target setting and financial reviews in collaboration with Finance.
Drive strategic and tactical business development including service and sales strategy.
Manage and develop the local maintenance offering aligned with the global portfolio.
Support sales growth initiatives new markets and product implementations.
People Safety & Change
Be accountable for safety performance and compliance fostering a strong safety culture.
Line-manage Maintenance Supervisors / Unit Service Managers with responsibility for staffing performance and development.
Lead change and transformation initiatives ensuring adoption and impact.
Ensure data quality KPI transparency and effective cross-functional collaboration.
Customer & Quality
Ensure high customer satisfaction by meeting service commitments and resolving issues.
Build strong customer relationships and support retention and profitable growth.
Oversee asset lifecycle decisions and ensure safe high-quality service delivery through field presence and audits.

Strong understanding of service business drivers and financial/operational performance.
Ability to analyze KPIs manage budgets and plan resources and capacity to support growth.
Proven track record of driving improvements and leading cross-functional initiatives.
Experience coaching motivating and managing performance of leaders and teams.
Ability to lead change communicate clearly and influence stakeholders in a matrix organization.
Strong self-leadership prioritization and resilience.
Ability to build trusted customer relationships and handle complex escalations.
Strong commercial mindset with confidence in influencing and presenting proposals.
Comfortable making decisions and constructively challenging customers in high-pressure situations.
